Bowling coach Jacob Oram on Tuesday hoped that New Zealand will be able to put aside the drubbing by India in the ongoing T20I series and peak during next month’s T20 World Cup.
When asked how the New Zealanders stay calm under presure, Oram said: “We have an ability to stay calm amidst the storm that is currently happening and that is part and parcel of who we are as a team and probably as New Zealanders as well. We don’t get too high or low and we know we’re not playing as well as we can.”
