On this day, 22 years ago, Sourav Ganguly created history at the 1999 World Cup with a top score by an Indian cricketer at an ICC World Cup. Here's a look at other highest individual scores in ICC World Cups over the years.

New Zealand's Martin Guptill holds the record for the highest-ever individual score at the ICC World Cup while West Indies' Chris Gayle is second. South Africa's Gary Kirsten, who is third on the list, previously held the record for 19 years.
