Shah likely to take strict action if BAN don't reconsider decision, ICC sources

As of now, Bangladesh is placed in Group C along with England, Italy, Nepal, and the West Indies. The Bengal Tigers are scheduled to play their first group stage match against the West Indies on February 7 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata

International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Jay Shah will think of taking strict action against Bangladesh if they do not agree to visit India for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2026, ICC sources said on Friday.
They added that the ICC Chairperson is in Dubai for the final call on the issue.
