Coming to bat at number three, Harleen Deol missed her well-deserved half-century by just four runs. In 65 balls, she scored 46 runs, which was laced with four boundaries and a maximum. India's wicketkeeper-batswoman, Richa Ghosh, played an unbeaten knock of 35 runs in 20 deliveries

In the ODI Women's World Cup 2025 match against arch-rivals, Pakistan, Team India was bowled out for 247 runs in 50 overs at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo.
Having put India to bat first, Pratika Rawal and Smriti Mandhana opened the innings and delivered a good start. Facing 32 balls, the premier batswoman, Smriti, scored 23 runs, with the help of four boundaries. On the other hand, Rawal accumulated 31 runs in 37 balls, including five boundaries.
