Put into bat, CSK started well with Sanju Samson in fine form. The Indian star batter raced to xx runs to give CSK a fast start in the powerplay. Samson's innings consisted of 11 fours as he made use of the powerplay restrictions in the first six overs. The opener was dropped 54 and will look to make full use of it
While Samson looked at his best, his opening partner, Ruturaj Gaikwad, failed to impress.
