In fifth Test match against England, Team India pacer Prasidh Krishna was seen exchanging a few words with stalwart Joe Root — the batsman clearly not being happy about it.

Speaking about the incident, Krishna said it was just a competitive edge and both of them are good friends off the field.

"Well, it was a very small thing. I think it was just a competitive edge amongst us that was coming out. Both of us are good mates off the field. It was just a little bit of a banter and both of us enjoyed it," the Team India bowler said in the post-match presentation.
