With the series already in the bag, Australia registered a win by three wickets in the fifth and final T20I match against the West Indies.
Having won the toss, Australia elected to bowl first at Werner Park. West Indies` opening batsmen, Brandon King and Shai Hope, departed on the scores of 11 and nine runs, respectively. Ben Dwarshuis accounted for the wickets of both opening batsmen.
Keacy Carty, too, returned to the pavilion on just one run. Despite losing early wickets, Sherfane Rutherford played a knock of 35 runs off just 17 deliveries. His knock included six boundaries and a maximum.. Later, Shimron Hetmyer smashed 52 runs, which came in 31 balls, including three boundaries and the same number of maximums.
