ICC aid for Afghanistan

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) was allocated $422,000 from ICC's Targeted Assistance and Performance Programme (TAPP)

ICC aid for Afghanistan

This was decided at the International Cricket Council (ICC) and ICC Development International (IDI) meeting here April 16-17.


The ICC had earlier in January 2012 introduced a TAPP fund of $12 million to help develop more competitive teams at the highest level by targeting the Full and Associate/ Affiliate Members for assistance. This funding is for the development of ACB’s National Cricket Academy.
