Popular Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan and Anil Kapoor congratulated the Indian women cricket team for defeating Pakistan in the Women's World Cup match.

India beat Pakistan by 95 runs at Derby on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor tweeted, "So proud of these women! Hope this inspires and empowers all our girls to excel in any field they choose!" Actress Diana Penty too joined the celebration. "Congratulations BCCI women on the victory at the Women's World Cup! You ladies rock!"
