While it might not make the list for dishes to try when in Mexico, Mercado República in the city of San Luis Potosí sells an insane rat broth. The place is the only one left that still offers rat meat based dishes. Their offerings include both raw rats and rodent broth cooked with a variety of vegetables and spices. Priced at Rs 480, each bowl has a whole field rat.
