Actress Lindsay Lohan just had her day in court and the 23-year-old, once again, is the owner of a new, court-ordered SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) ankle bracelet.

The actress has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.

A judge ordered Lohan to wear one today after her appearance in a Los Angeles courtroom over a missed probation hearing. She claimed she was stuck in Cannes after her passport was stolen last week.

The judge set a probation violation hearing for July 6 to address Lohan's failure to appear in court last week for a scheduled progress report on the probation stemming from the two high-profile arrests.
