Inspirational Liu Wei (23), lost both his arms in a childhood accident, but stormed to victory in the talent show final after performing using just his feet.
He defeated seven-year-old stand-up comedian Zhang Fengxi to claim first place with his version of James Blunt's You're Beautiful.
Judges praised Liu, who had his arms amputated at the age of 10 after he suffered an electric shock while playing hide-and-seek, for his determination.
The incredible pianist couldn't resist poking fun at himself as he took the crown, telling a packed Shanghai Stadium, "At least I have a pair of perfect legs."
Liu taught himself to play piano with his feet after deciding to pursue a music career at the age of 18.
He also uses his toes to use a computer, eat, dress and brush his teeth.
Liu, from Beijing, now looks set to land a recording contractu00a0the Chinese version of the British hit series which launched Susan Boyle's singing career.
The programme only started in China in July and is part ofu00a0 Simon Cowell's Got Talent franchise.
The show's director Jin Lei said, "China has so much untapped grassroots talent and we believe the show will maintain its nationwide vitality and popularity."
