"It was the most terrible incident I have ever witnessed, 13 people have died," witness Dadir Ali Jes said.
Somali government security officer Adan Weheliye described the explosion at the mosque in the north of the city yesterday as a 'tragedy' and said at least 10 people had died. Officers were investigating, he said.
