About 13 of the total 14 personnel, who were on board an Indian Air force helicopter which crashed in Tamil Nadu`s Coonoor on Wednesday, are dead, tweeted ANI. Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat`s condition is still not known.
