Arun Jaitley gears up to present Annual Budget in Parliament

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley gave finishing touches to the third annual budget of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government. Jaitley was accompanied by his junior colleague Jayant Sinha and other officials.
