Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the family of Shubham Dwivedi, a victim of Pahalgam terror attack, on Friday in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur.
Dwivedi was shot dead under the name of religion during the Pahalgam terror attack of April 22.
PM Modi got emotional while talking to the parents and wife of the Shubham Dwivedi.
