Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Wednesday alleged that the 2024 Haryana Assembly Elections were “stolen”, claiming that 25 lakh entries in the electoral roll were fake and accusing the poll body of colluding with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to ensure its victory, news agency PTI reported.
Presenting what he called “The H-Files” at a press conference in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi alleged that the manipulation was part of a “centralised plan” carried out in coordination with top BJP leaders. He claimed that a “Brazilian model’s” photograph was used 22 times in 10 polling booths in the Rai Constituency under different names such as Seema, Sweety, and Saraswati.
