This is the 10th consecutive day India has been responding strongly against Pakistan’s unprovoked small arms firing along the Line of Control on the night of April 25–26.
Tensions continue to rise along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir as Pakistani troops continue to engage in unprovoked small arms firing. The firings, which began after the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam region of Jammu and Kashmir, killed around 26 people including one Nepali citizen, has triggered a strong and retaliatory response from the Indian Army.
