In a horrific incident, a college student in Kolkata was allegedly gang-raped by two senior students and a former student of the same institute, according to police reports on Friday.

According to officials, the incident occurred on the evening of June 25, when the woman visited the college campus. She was reportedly taken to a room inside the premises by the three accused, where the assault took place.

All three men were arrested on Thursday night in connection with the case, a senior police officer confirmed. Further investigation is underway.
