Tobacco baron’s son Shivam Mishra’s lawyer on Tuesday claimed that his client was not driving the luxury sports car when it rammed into pedestrians injuring at least six persons, even as police said CCTV footage, eyewitness accounts place him behind the wheel. His father, KK Mishra, also made similar claims. “My son was not driving the car. He was asleep. Our driver Mohan was driving the car,” he said.
