A day after the Supreme Court criticised Rahul Gandhi for his remarks, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut alleged that the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha has an "anti-India mindset" and frequently speaks in support of the country’s enemies, reported ANI.
On the SC pulling up Rahul Gandhi over his alleged comments on the Indian Army following the India-China clash in 2022, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut told ANI, "Rahul Gandhi always speaks against India, be it on the economy or defence forces. He speaks in support of enemy nations. He has an anti-India mindset. So, this is a welcome move by the Supreme Court that they pulled him up. In the time to come, others should be mindful that they do not hurt the honour, integrity and morale of India."
As reported by ANI, a bench comprising Justices Dipankar Datta and Augustine George Masih criticised Rahul Gandhi’s remarks, questioning how he claimed that China had occupied 2,000 square kilometres of Indian land. The bench remarked that a true Indian would not make such a statement.
