Jammu and Kashmir: 235 evacuated after heavy snowfall at Sinthan Top

One person was killed and another injured after a landslide triggered by rain, struck a hydro-power project site near Dangduru on Sunday night, trapping two workers, the officials said

At least 235 people were evacuated on Monday after they were caught in heavy snowfall at the high-altitude Sinthan top in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district. 

Meanwhile, one person was killed and another injured after a landslide triggered by rain, struck a hydro-power project site near Dangduru on Sunday night, trapping two workers, the officials said.
