BMW accident: Delhi court says CCTV footage cannot be shared with accused

A Delhi court on Thursday ruled that there is no legal provision allowing CCTV footage to be shared with the accused in a criminal case.

Judicial Magistrate Ankit Garg was hearing a plea filed by Gaganpreet Kaur, 38, who was allegedly driving the BMW that rammed into the two-wheeler of a senior finance ministry official in Dhaula Kuan, leaving him dead and his wife grievously injured, reported news agency PTI.
