Celebrations marking the 90th birthday of the 14th Dalai Lama are currently underway at the Tsuglagkhang Temple in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, with Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju and Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh, as well as other dignitaries in attendance.
