Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister (CM) N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday directed officials to implement precautionary measures in areas that are likely to experience rains and floods due to Cyclone Montha, which is expected to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm by Tuesday morning.
