The cyber wing of Kerala Police has registered a case against social media platform X Corp and a user account for allegedly circulating an artificial intelligence-generated video portraying Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Election Commission of India in a misleading and defamatory manner, reported news agency PTI.
The action follows a complaint received through official channels, including inputs from the poll body, prompting authorities to initiate legal proceedings.
