Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar was on Wednesday unanimously elected as the legislative leader of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), a day ahead of the swearing-in ceremony.

Kumar’s deputies, Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan and Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, were present during the announcement.
