Hundreds of BJP workers killed under Mamata's rule, alleges Amit Shah

Addressing the BJP workers in Kolkata, the Union Home Minister alleged that the Chief Minister had turned West Bengal into 'a land of infiltration and atrocities on women'. He also accused the state government of denying land for fencing the international border with Bangladesh

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday accused West Bengal Chief Minister (CM) Mamata Banerjee's regime of fostering lawlessness, corruption, and religious appeasement, reported news agency ANI.

Addressing the BJP Workers' Special Organisational Meeting in Kolkata, Amit Shah alleged that the CM had turned the state into "a land of infiltration and atrocities on women."

In his address at the Netaji Indoor Stadium, the Union Home Minister also declared that the BJP will form the government in West Bengal in 2026.
