Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani has undergone thyroid surgery at a hospital here and is recovering now, an official said on Thursday

"Her parameters are stable and the patient is recovering well," the source said wishing anonymity.


Union minister Harsh Vardhan visited the hospital on Thursday and enquired about Irani's condition.
