Confessions of a Shopaholic was a movie-based theme event planned at UB City to entice shoppers, but the response was thanda. Of course, folks came to see and be seen, but actual sales hardly seemed to happen. The booth, where shoppers were invited to show off their loaded bags, wore a forlorn air but the bar was packed.
