A Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus knocked down a 60-year-old woman at Jedhe Chowk on Shivaji Road yesterday, resulting in the death of the senior citizen.
The accident took place in the afternoon, when the victim, Rekha Dayaga, had just arrived from Mumbai. The police said Dayaga died on the spot. Dayaga had arrived at Swargate from Mumbai in an MSRTC bus, reaching at 4.30 pm.u00a0
