ISRO lost contact with Chandrayaan 1 at around 1.30am earlier today, jeopardising India's first moon mission.

ISRO lost contact with Chandrayaan 1 at around 1.30am earlier today, jeopardising India's first moon mission.

Officials at ISRO said they were unable to either get data or establish contact with the spacecraft. ISRO officials are analysing Chandrayaan's health based on the last received data.

A decision will be taken on whether the moon mission will continue or not later this evening.
