A drunken constable posted with special cell of Delhi police injured an auto-rickshaw driver after he hit his car into his three-wheeler on Wednesday night.u00a0The incident took place on Aruna Asaf Ali Road in Vasant Kunj area of south Delhi. The accused constable, Raj Kumar, has been arrested.
