A Chinese national was arrested by the BSF along the Indo-Pak border for allegedly not possessing valid travel documents, official sources said on Friday.
He has been arrested under the Indian Passport Act for illegal entry into the country. Alimu had a Chinese passport and visa from Nepal to Pakistan, sources said.
Alimu was later produced in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Roshan Lal Chauhan which remanded him to judicial custody on Thursday.
