Ten live cartridges were also recovered from his residence in Chandigarh during a search. The agency had yesterday arrested eight people, including a CRPF Inspector General and a commandant of the force.

The agency recovered nearly Rs 1.15 crore cash and fixed deposits yesterday during the first series of arrests. With today's arrest, CBI has so far nabbed 11 persons for their alleged involvement in the recruitment scam.
