Boy beaten up at children's home

Another boy and girl were allegedly found in a compromising position at children’s shelter SOS Balgram on Tuesday, after which the boy was allegedly beaten up by the shelter’s staff.

The child welfare committee has instructed Balgram authorities to register a case against the boy and send the two for medical tests.
