How often have you been so moved by a particular dance performance such that you wished you were right there, on the stage? But since wishes will never be horses, and you'll have to train to move it like that, join ace choreographer Sandip Soparrkar's Ballroom Dance Teachers Training School, where anyone and everyone can drop in for a try.

Saare haseen yaha nache nache
Sandip, who also choreographed Britney Spears' Womaniser (and reportedly dated her, too), has brought a platter of ballroom dancing techniques to the capital. With him and his trained instructors, you'll learn Latin American and standard ballroom dance forms. Ballroom dances are divided into two categoriesu00a0-- Latin American Ballroom dances that include rumba, samba, jive, cha cha cha and paso doble, and Standard ballroom dances, which include waltz, foxtrot quickstep and tango.
Sandip, who's a certified trainer from the parent school based in Germany, says, "People don't know about ballroom dancing at all. If you know ballroom dancing, you'll be seen as a polished person. It's the form of the classes that adds to your personality." The dancer, whose amazing dance moves will be seen in Hrithik Roshan's upcoming film Kites and Vishal Bhardwaj's Priyanka Chopra-starrer Saat Khoon Maaf, has more to say.
"Ballroom dancing is open for all age groups, because it is a combination of fast dances which the youngsters can opt for, and some slow ones, like waltz, rumba and foxtrot, that are suited to older generations. Just like any other creative field, deciding to dance is a matter of individual choice, combined with intense passion for the art form. You need to want to dance." Don't fear because Sandip assures he isn't a strict instructor, "but I want authenticity," he signs off.
