The Golden Arrow Division of the Indian Army's Vajra Corps on Tuesday commemorated the Diamond Jubilee of India’s victory against Pakistan in the 1965 War at Asal Uttar in Punjab, news agency ANI.

Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, who was the chief guest, attended the event along with Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), Uttam Yudh Seva Medal (UYSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Command, other military commanders, war veterans, Veer Naris, civil dignitaries, students, and a large gathering of local citizens, according to the Government of India.
