As per the SAMEER app dashboard, many areas across Mumbai showed `moderate` AQI. Worli recorded `moderate` air quality with an AQI of 102. Borivali also recorded `moderate` air quality with an AQI of 111. PIC/NIMESH DAVE

Meanwhile, Deonar and Colaba recorded `poor` air quality, with an AQI of 210 and 258, respectively. PIC/NIMESH DAVE

According to data from the SAMEER app, Navi Mumbai recorded air quality in the `moderate` category with an AQI of 178, while Thane registered a `good` AQI of 97. PIC/ASHISH RAJE

The air quality index from 0 to 100 is considered `good`, 100 to 200 `moderate`, 200 to 300 `poor`, 300 to 400 `very poor` and from 400 to 500 or above `severe`. PIC/ASHISH RAJE

On Thursday, Mumbai had recorded `good` AQI at 88, while on Wednesday and Friday, it remained in the `moderate` category, recording AQI of 130 and 122. PIC/ASHISH RAJE

According to the latest Mumbai weather updates from IMD, the Colaba weather station, representative of the Island City, recorded a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, 1.3 degrees Celsius above normal, while the minimum temperature stood at 26.4 degrees Celsius.
