Many followers were seen shopping the especially designed merchandise for Babasaheb Ambedkar's birth anniversary

Authorities have made extensive arrangements to manage the expected crowds

In a traffic notification, Mumbai Police said, 135th Jayanti of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar will be observed on 14th April, 2026, his followers in large number are expected to visit Chaityabhoomi in Dadar area of Mumbai between April 13 and April 14

The advisory said that traffic regulation and controlling would come into effect from 12.00 hrs. on April 13 and would remain in place till 24.00 hrs. on April 14
