At least three people were killed and four others injured after a car carrying seven people overturned in Maharashtra’s Jalgaon district, around 490 kilometres from Mumbai, an official said on Thursday.

The accident occurred late Wednesday night at the Kannad ghat section in Chalisgaon. The seven passengers, who were from Shevgaon in Ahilyanagar, were travelling to Ujjain in neighbouring Madhya Pradesh, the official added, reported news agency PTI.
