The Maharashtra Cabinet on Tuesday approved a new land acquisition and allotment policy for development projects under the proposed `Third Mumbai` near the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), also known as Atal Setu, reported the PTI.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said around 200 square kilometres of land has been handed over to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) to ensure planned development in the region.
