The Eknath Shinde faction of Shiv Sena on Tuesday submitted its choice of three poll symbols to the Election Commission (EC) after its earlier choices were rejected by the poll panel.

According to news agency ANI, the three symbols submitted by the Shinde group are 'shining sun', 'shield and sword' and 'Peepul tree'.
