Mumbai rains: Seven reservoirs supplying city water reach 99.18 pc amid rainfall

As per the BMC's latest Mumbai rains data on Saturday (September 27), the collective water stock in these reservoirs is 14,34,790 million litres, which amounts to 99.13 per cent of their total capacity

The water levels in lakes supplying drinking water to Mumbai have risen following heavy rainfall in their catchment areas. According to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) Mumbai rains data, the combined stock in the seven reservoirs that provide water to the city now stands at 99.13 per cent.
