Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Thursday criticised the state government over the 36-hour traffic congestion on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, questioning whether inquiries into such incidents ever lead to meaningful action, news agency PTI reported.
