The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) on Thursday launched a new digital platform called the Right to Services (RTS) portal to make public services quicker, easier, and more transparent for citizens.

In an official statement, the MMRDA said that the Right to Services (RTS) Portal is a unified digital platform providing seamless access to 15 essential urban services. Envisioned under the visionary leadership of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister & MMRDA Chairman Eknath Shinde, this platform marks a transformative shift in service delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

CM Fadnavis said, "The launch of MMRDA’s RTS Portal is a landmark reform in urban governance, transforming how services are delivered across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is our commitment towards providing services on fingertips to eliminate bureaucratic delays and enabling 24/7 access to approvals and services, we are delivering governance at the speed of trust. This digital leap reflects the Government of Maharashtra’s commitment to smart, transparent, and citizen-first governance. It is a vital step toward building a future-ready Maharashtra, efficient, inclusive, and empowered by technology."
