Mumbai Police have arrested five officials linked to the under-construction Mumbai Metro Line-4 following the collapse of a parapet segment on Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Road in Mulund West on Saturday afternoon, which left one person dead and three injured.
A first information report (FIR) was registered at Mulund Police Station under Sections 105, 110, 324(5), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against managers, engineers, and supervisors from the contractor and supervisory companies involved. The five arrested are:
