Mumbai Police on Wednesday detained the building contractor and a supervisor of the under-construction Four Seasons Residency building in Worli area after two men lost their lives due to cement blocks falling on them from its 42nd floor.

The incident had taken place on Tuesday evening on R L Papan Road where the construction was going on, an official said.
