BMC to launch special cleanliness drive at religious sites in city

The special drive will be launched on April 28 and will continue till May 9. It will take place from 11 am to 1 pm and will be carried out with the joint efforts of volunteers, citizens, and BMC’s solid waste management (SWM) department, the officials said

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)on Friday announced that it has planned a major cleanliness drive at the city’s religious sites from April 28 to May 9, the officials said.
The drive will take place daily (April 28 to May 9) from 11 am to 1 pm and will be carried out with the joint efforts of volunteers, citizens, and BMC’s solid waste management (SWM) department, they said.
