Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra on Monday experienced a chilly morning, experiencing one of the coldest days of 2025. With a notable drop in minimum temperatures on Monday, December 1, several districts of Maharashtra reported single-digit figures and cold wave–like conditions.
As per the information received by IMD, Mumbai’s Colaba weather station recorded a minimum temperature of 22.0 degrees Celsius with 65 per cent humidity and 0.0 mm rainfall, while the minimum temperature at the Santacruz station was recorded at 16.6 degrees Celsius, indicating much cooler conditions.
